At Bytech, we know buying or building a gaming PC can raise a few questions. That’s why we’ve gathered the most common answers about orders, shipping, warranties, and customization — all in one place.
What’s included with my Pre-Built PC?
Every PC from Bytech comes fully assembled, tested, and ready to use out of the box — including pre-installed Windows 11, all drivers, and original packaging for warranty support.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all PCs and accessories are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and we provide technical support for any setup or performance issues.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours after purchase, as long as the item hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. A small restocking fee may apply for opened items.
Do you offer help with setup or performance issues?
Yes — our support team can assist you with installation, driver setup, and troubleshooting. Contact us anytime through our support form or email for quick help.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All Bytech PCs and accessories are shipped from the U.S. within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the continental United States. Express and international shipping options are also available at checkout.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow every step of your delivery directly from your carrier’s website.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we don’t offer international shipping.
What if my PC or accessory arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and our support team will help you replace or repair the item as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and secure financing options like Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay.
How does financing work?
When you choose Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay at checkout, you can split your purchase into monthly payments — often with 0% interest for qualified buyers.
Do I need good credit to get financing?
Not necessarily. Some of our partners offer no credit check or pay-later options based on your order amount and eligibility.
Is financing available for accessories too?
Yes — you can finance not only Pre-Built PCs but also keyboards, mice, and mousepads if your total order meets the minimum required amount for financing.
When will my first financing payment be due?
With Klarna or Afterpay, your first payment is usually charged at the time of purchase, followed by automatic installments every two weeks.
With Affirm, your first monthly payment typically starts one month after your order is confirmed.
